#Gogo not working after merging with custom layers

The avi im using has pre custom layers for all its clothing toggles, etc. But when I try merging them with gogoloco with the avatar 3.0 manager, it still doesn't work. I've tried using VRCFury and while it does work, it removes all my pre-custom layers and my toggles which is not what I want. I'd like to just add gogo onto the avi on top of everything else. I've been struggling with this all day now so any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've attached some screenshots below. Right now in the avatar descriptor, I just tried replacing the playable layers with gogoloco, installing it as one normally would. I then merged it with the original custom avi layers using avatar manager 3.0. However, while the normal avatar toggles do work now, gogo still does not so I'm at a bit of a loss.

Note: Using the latest version of gogoloco and the sdk btw. And this avi was released late last year if that's any help.

installing it with vrcfury does not remove your custom layers. I'd be curious to see how you had added it to your avatar.

So I tried using vrcfury again but it just breaks the toggles. Any ideas what to do?

Yeah, dont do that. Those are where your toggles are!

#

The only ones you should reset to default (if you have them) are base and sitting.

just remove it?

doesnt that get rid of the toggles? or am i misunderstanding (im fairly new to unity so im still learning sorry!)

I see. I tried that though it gave me an error saying I already had a layer or something so I tried removing them back to default. Should I only get rid of the base or is there something else I should do?

only get rid of the ones it tells you to get rid of. Most likely Base.

Do not get rid of all of them. The othes are important and contain your toggles.
