Misunderstanding the tutorial.

So i got the update here and it says "drag the prefab to the root of your avatar. so.. do i drag it to the hierarchy? I dont understand.

Um have you imported the actual GoGo Loco package?

Also it says that a specific script is missing.

Might be another asset preventing VRCF to build.

Have you tried updating VRCF? It can be done by going to the Tools tab > VRCFury > Update

Oh, thats probably the issue. I dont have Fury. i didnt know that was a whole nother tool i needed for unity.

i got it installed, building a test model to see how it works.

Now another question, i added my own submenu for accessories to the old menu, would this complicate things between me adding this prefab to the heirarchy and the fact that i set the previous menu under the avatar descriptor?

I would think VRCFury does this for you.

All you would have to do is check your avatar expression menu for the GGL sub menu.

seemed to do this, putting GGL into GGL. (thats so meta.)

should i just remove the old menu from the VRC avatar descriptor and edit the prefab menu in the heirarchy under its scene?

You can just delete the extra sub menu. You're free to customize the layout as you want, just kindly ask that you keep the logo somewhere.

noted, i wouldnt gut the logo from anything anyway, im just adding toggles for a bowtie and clothes lol

alright, well, adding those toggles to the paramaters doesnt make the toggles work. the bowtie and guitar dont appear.

if you're using the vrcfury method, it merges the gogoloco menu into your avatar automatically. If you want to add things to the gogoloco menu, then you need to either add it to gogoloco's menu file, or make your own submenu in your own avatar menu called GoGo Loco (and it'll merge together with the one vrcfury adds). Don't add the gogo loco menu to your avatar yourself.

question i got the VRCF file from here to fix the scaling but now when i try to scale it whites out my screen and i cant do anyhting and have to reset

ok i got it to work but now the prob im having is it will randomly put me crouching or my view point in crouching area

Did you set up your viewpoint correctly? I’ve noticed your view position is quite low in your last screenshot.

and it dose the oposite when im short it forces my view point up randomly

i already tryed reseting the osc in game it fix's it but then randomly drops it again

After you change the size you need always make your avatar to reload (change to another and back or toggle OSC off and on)
Did your parameters are correct? (Are all in and some needed to marked as saved)

I'm using the fury one witch just says install and upload it was a new project also turning off and on the OSC only fixes it for that moment when walking it will randomly drop down again
