The rotation is well balanced as it is. It might be a bit silly to the realism fanatics, but lowering the rotation speed would have massive impact on its balance as an AA or AT gun. Balance is more important than realism.
The 88 needs to rotate fast, it's a very high cost, high value AA unit.
with all due respect, i disagree. I mean have you played the tutorial about air defense? That AA turret litteraly destroyed planes that just spawn and the AI accuracy is crazy it even took 1 shot for each plane. My best suggestion is lower the rotation speed and lower the AI hit chance

I had not played the tutorial, I was basing my judgement on the balance in actual gameplay. I played the tutorial just now on your suggestion, and I maintain my position.
Perhaps the balancing is different for classic mode, but for battalion mode, high level AA with high range is extremely important for defending your frontlines against airplanes which don't take up population cap. Nerfing AA would be really detrimental to the balance.
I understand it might come across as overpowered from a tutorial where you literally just shoot airplanes out of the sky one after the other, but in a real game it isn't like that, and bringing that 88 is itself a massive opportunity cost.
I see, well since you tried the actually gameplay first before me, i assume you have more time using the AA. I guess we'll just leave it to the devs. All i actually care about is how the weapons in this should work as the time they are represented. It's not "realistic" to have an WW2 AA Gun shot down 10 planes in 5 second because of crazy fast manuever
It's not what the game is trying to achieve, you literally have IS-3s and other historical errors, some by mistake and other by deliberate choice, because MoWII is trying to lay on a middle ground
It's illarous and makes i top does it affect other AA guns ? Why can't it have a different speed again'st ground and air.
This isn't a good argument because, in all realty the AA guns would be firing on them long before they do in the game now, so their rotation was upped to kind of semi make up for that.
But the Ai in general for the AA is a bit derpy, sometimes it will just stare at the plane and not shoot

If we can't have this in game then the turning speed is not too bad, it's a little bit too fast.
neither this game nor GOH is supposed to be realistic, otherwise we would have 50x50km maps. Youre looking for the term "immersive"
Artillery is far-fetched.
It hits tanks like an anti-tank gun.
The problem is that it does so from the other side of the map and is impossible to neutralize without more artillery or an aircraft.
There is no point in moving the tanks, it hits them as if the projectile were remote-controlled.
when you look how fast those guns turn and how accurate they are... they are not immersive, theyre UNREAL
