A good idea would be to add a consistently updated Dev blog, this would give the consumers/fans plenty of information to understand where the game is at. Would also help filter out a lot of the stale comments in the general discord chat.

I'd also like to know what's up with the studio's efforts, even if it's only a short written update once a week. A total of couple of hours somebody's time to keep fans engaged? Totally worth it from PR standpoint. Spreading good word is part of it.
