i cant find the craft for the power floors and im wondering is it like something you get later on?

@coarse mural they have been moved to later on. You should have some platforms that can transmit power that you get early on

They unlock at X-Ray tier under construction tab

They called them "Basic Supports" so it confused me as well

I think we were talking about two different things
I was talking about the 1x1 calycite platforms and your screenshot shows you were talking about the powerfloors.

Correct, Calycite platforms are not power floors. They work the same just like all floors in the game but Power floors where the first floor type during early access and many people love them for their look or work their builds around the cost of them.
