Hey @sleek cedar, that's weird, are you playing on PC? If yes, can you send me your save so I can check what's happening?
It's created at <YourWindowsUser>\AppData\LocalLow\Fire Hose Games\Techtonica, it's in a subfolder that has a bunch of numbers as it's name

Hey @sleek cedar, you weren't able to select it on the filter inserter due to the tech related to Plantmatter being deactivated on the Tech Tree, this might happen with some other tech because we did a reformulation of the tree in this update, if you end up having some other issues like this and find that you're unable to activate it again, please contact us!
