It's fixed in v0.12, but you can't use hvc cables, you have to have an independent power grid with charged accumulators

as a warning, it may Bork your save down the line if you once had the HVC connected to the monorail. If possible, roll back a save to before the HVC

If not, it’s not super likely but I wanted to note that anyway
