What games are must watch?

Jacksonville/Duke and UVA/Mich are two early games that could be very interesting to see how things shape up

If Michigan could somehow upset UVA I’d be ecstatic.

It’s more to see if they can keep up, it’ll be an interesting test

For sure! I also didn’t even realize UD Mercy had a D1 team, do you know if they are any good?

They don’t seem to be great, but they placed some good teams. They went 2-9 with losses to OSU, Michigan,ND,High Point,Utah, so some high quality losses

Yeah, I’ll have to keep an eye on them. It’s surprising such a small school (compatibly) have D1 lax.

I actually work in athletic communications at Detroit Mercy and broadcast for the women’s team there (also D1). Our teams have potential, just haven’t been able to put it all together the last few years. They’ve also switched conferences a bit over the last few seasons so hopefully getting some stability in that regard will help (although I’ve heard rumors the men’s team might change conferences again after 2023, but don’t quote me on that). Hoping 2023 is a good year for both programs and hope y’all will watch the women’s games 🙏
