Proton TTS Fix

All this does is load the Microsoft Speech SDK DLL and patch the TTS function. This mod will not do anything on a native Windows install.

Installing

1. Using protontricks, install x64_MicrosoftSpeechPlatformSDK.msi, found here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=27226
2. Using protontricks, install both MSIs (I'm prety sure the 2.6MB one is the x64 version) found here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=27225
3. Using protontricks, install MSSpeech_TTS_en-US_ZiraPro.msi, found here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=27224
4. Download the latest release and move ProtonTTSFix.dll to your BepInEx plugins folder.

Once again, this mod will ONLY do something on Linux! This mod purposely disables itself on Windows!

(if the TTS works by default on your install, idk, doesn't work on my machine)
