#Different resupply behavior for pallet and container based options

The main point of my suggestion is to make resupply loads of Ibis and Tarantula actually depend on their size.

For naval resupply there are a few options:

  1. Make that Ibis could only restore fraction of ship ammo compared to ammo crate. I'ld recommend 1/8 per crate or lower, enough to give it some self-defence weapons but waay reduced offensive arsenal for AHMS on Dynamo
  2. Just remove ASHM and other offensive weapon reloads period and make it resupply only SAM and CIWS

For ground resupply it is a bit more complicated. I don't want to make it finite for either option, so my idea is to give them some sort of cooldown.
For example, ammo container could reload units around it once in 60 seconds, while ammo pallet would be a bit slower, like 90-120 s.

You could make the crates and containers hold finite resources but make ground unit ammo so cheap they basically never run out during battles.

its kinda already depending, but only resupply area
for tarantula its 200m, while for ibis its 100, and those extra 100 meters are quite noticeable

  1. It will just make ship resupply more tedious imo
  2. How are you suppose to resupply ASHM, dont forget that eventually Tarantula and Ibis will be faction specific aircrafts

For ground units, its probably gonna break a lot of missions custom and vanila missions, if that change would be also on HLT, but if that is specific to transportable munition, then I dont see much use of those crates, because cooldown is way to high and punishing
