So The Idea is that we can Buy the boat the Same Way as a Tank Convoy but it is just 1 boat that comes from off map.

So this boat Should Have A 40MM Ciws and An dual arm missile launcher (Like the Mk 26 missile launchers) that launches MMR-S3 against Air Targets, AGM-99 against Ground Targets.
The Boat Should be Quite fast and Have An low RCS and Armor Compared to the other ships.

and a fast, heavily armed vessel like this wouldn't be small, or low cost at the same time lol

Like, just to be clear, I assume that you want this to be akin to a river patrol boat?
Or well, nevermind actually

A swing wing launcher in any case is just plainly a bad idea.
you can put the harpoons in a box launcher on either side, and then just put an MRSM-3 turret in the middle

not a bad idea

I Thought about it and now have a boat with 2x4 AGM-99 launcher And a 57mm Cannon for AA/Missile Defence

The Matka class is the NATO reporting name for a group of hydrofoil missile boats built for the Soviet Navy (Baltic Fleet and Black Sea Fleet). The Soviet designation was Project 206MR Vikhr. Following the 1997 Black Sea Fleet partition treaty all Black Sea Fleet Matka class boats were passed to the Ukrainian Navy.
