[META] More tags for the suggestion forum

a huge issue i'm seeing is that there is absolutely no way to sort through suggestions without combing through the giant list of suggestions. Sure, the search bar exists, but only works when you have the exact wording

i propose that we get new tags for the suggestion forum and not just the ones we had in last forum, which were frankly vague or indiscriminately broad; it'd also be really cool if you couldn't post anything without selecting tags, so everything must be sortied

another huge issue is that good, highly appraised suggestions, or just threads with a ton of interesting discussion, get buried with time, especially if they don't have any recent discussion; i believe that suggestions above a certain threshold of upvotes should get their own, unique tag so that they're easier to find; maybe have 2 seperate tags for suggestions that are good and for ones that truly break the mold (50-100?)
