#Nukes confusing missiles

I feel like it would make sense if a nuclear bomb dropped and went off it would confuse any missile looking at it (assuming no terrain blocking and not obscenely far) because it's nuclear so it gives off a ton of radio waves on every spectrum. I have no idea if this is how it would really work or if the shockwave of the nuke would outrange any confusion to the point where it's obsolete but I think it would be cool if this was implemented. I also don't know if this is a part of the more nuke types in the roadmaps.

This not how nuclear weapons work

#

Plus it would be very unfunny for nuked team

It wouldn't be massive but an IR missile looking at a nuke would get confused no? Similarly to how a missile looking at the son would? Nukes give off a ton of radiation on all spectrums including ir and radio right?

Maybe im onto nothing, who knows

this fully is a real thing and i'm pretty sure the devs mentioned that they wanted to add this

I at least think a nuke falls far enough outside anything reasonable to be a valid target, so I dont think a missile would lock it.

Now if it would jam something by volume? Unclear. I dont think you can see ANYTHING em waveish near a nuke explosion anymore

It's not a repeat it's just that they have similar stuff

"They're jamming us!"
Anyways this is an interesting idea, would be funny if we could nuke cruise missile swarms to "Blanket jam" and damage them
