If the 'dusa doesn't have a target selected and starts using the jamming pods, let a metaphorical electronic cloud of EW hell spill out. All aircraft within 5 km will suffer a degradation in electronic capabilities, with those at 5km losing 20% of their capacitor charge while they are in the 5km range(for example: Darkreach now only holds 640kJ instead of 800) while aircraft within 2km lose 80% of their capacitor. Aircraft within 3km lose datalink, aircraft within 1.5km lose radar. As a last resort, the 'Dusa can use ALL of its capacitor charge to fully turn off all electronics of aircraft within a 1km range. 10% chance that they cannot restart the electronics, and depending if the aircraft are fly-by-wire or not, they may just splash into the ground/ocean losing all control. When the 'Dusa does the boom thing, 15% chance it permanently disables an engine of its own, but 100% chance it loses its own electronics as well and has to restart them. The 10% no restart thing applies to this as well
