#Altitude Hold For All Aircraft

Bruh you can downvote but explain your opinion 🤦♂️
Its a waste of a keybind which are in awfully short supply (mitch please give us multikey or frequency based binds like doubletaps and holds) and can already be done fine with a little practice
Personally I think keeping it manual is part of the skill. It's already relatively easy apart from weird trim issues you get with e.g. revoker with heavy loadouts.
Flyouts at low level to avoid radar would be too trivial otherwise. I've seen very good players crash from clipping the sea, keeps you on your toes
a) it’s really not hard to maintain altitude high up, like at all
b) the risk of slamming into something (when going low over land) is part of the low-flying experience and adds a level of skill
Chill, suggestions forum is not that deep
We aren’t obligated to explain to you why we don’t like the idea
it is good practice though. if you don't explain why an idea doesn't fit the game, the suggester isn't going to know what doesn't fit the game about the idea, and is more likely to suggest something else that doesn't work. or, will get the impression of the community being negative to them without valid reason, which i shouldn't have to explain why that's not great
My stick is so bad though 😭it legit has the old Logitech logo I got it for 27 bucks on Amazon
we dont need an altitude hold we just need a more precise climb rate
I think altitude hold should maybe be given to specific aircraft that are designed for low level strike
maybe it would work as the hold function for the FCS
feet per minute is fine imo, its simple math and while i understand the “its hard to do while in combat” A. skill issue, B. imo its quite easy after a short period of time to have a good estimate/feel for your altitude
thirdly hate to say but if you cant do basic math while operating the vehicle i ask how you manage to drive a car
Idk tbh an altitude hold enabled by holding f for 3 seconds would be like....acceptable i guess buts thats like the 4th action related to F
idk personally it sounds like a skill issue, just put your velocity vector at 0 degrees and fine tune it, its not like it takes 5 minutes to get a stable altitude/attitude
but...but... i lack a deadzone
fair argument i suppose
I saw that nerd react.
💀dude why is slow mode 60 seconds
