Randomised weather events

Okay we don't need tornados and stuff like battlefield thats cringe but like randomised dust storms and stuff or rain storms too depending on tge region youre in on a map.

Only reason I say is cause this looks awesome

Especially since rain or heavy dust storms would provide incentive for people in dust bowl or in land areas to swap off that base due to low visibility or abort an attack for that same reason

Sometimes this can very increase atmosphere of battles
