Kinda like the Dynamo's launchers, but on the ground.
Could be a VLS system or could be just an angle launch, but could generally add another cruise missile launch system, and would be cool.
Of course they would be limited to 2 or 3 missiles, but it would be able to be rearmed from a munitions container, but it would probably use the entire container. In my opinion, they really should not get nuclear missiles, but as always, that is the devs choice.
The only con I see is being overwhelmed by cruise missiles, but it would be limited again by missile count.
Pros would be another ground unit to take out(though that could also be a con), and another threat to add depth to the battlefield.
