Currently you can only give orders to ground units, while not inside a plane. I think it would be a fitting feature, to be able to do this, from inside the Medusa.

I can't. I can select targets, but i cannot give orders to my own ground units. Maybe i'm doing something wrong?

you need to select a target, press and hold deselect, then it should work. its a bug
