#Optical sensor improvements

I'd like to see this implemented : reduction of sensors efficiency under some conditions.
As proposed, it would make sense for optical sensors to lose 'some' efficiency due to bad weather or during the night.
Same for radars, the 'radar floor' value could depend on terrain and other events, like EMP and active jamming.
Also, DataLink could be restricted when units do not have a direct Line Of Sight with an transmitter, like a static radar, HLT radar or Medusa, for example.
Even if it's supposed to be 2070, this would open more tactical situation to take advantage of conditions.
Optical sensor improvements
I agree, optical sensors should have heavily reduced effectiveness in poor atmospheric conditions. And at night time as well. But there should also be optimization to target acquisition time for when the optical tracker is looking at something but doesn't actually see it.
It would make night flying more useful against detection.
Maybe it could mess with radar waves in a thunderstorm.
I like it, also BTW love the new handle lol

Seconding the bump based off my suggestion here: https://discord.com/channels/909034158205059082/1298607257453596692
Also noted aircraft speed to be a variable for the IR tracking algorithm would be good. And that base visual sensors should be better than 6km IMO
