Bugs I've also noticed
Turret doesn't unslave from AI gunner when reselected
Turret doesn't slave to locked targets when selected
Turret is slaved to your POV, look at what you want to shoot at and shoot and it dies
Also, top speed of helo is nearly 400KMH and countermeasures work well for me
I'm really enjoying it but I wish it didnt have that rank requirement

I think the Chicane should be the new Rank 0 aircraft, then the Cricket at Rank 1, Compass at Rank 2

I think chicane could be rank 1 and compass rank 2 mayb
or just no rank tbh I don't like not being able to use the heli until so late in the game
Theres no point taking the heli other than for the hell of it right now
compass being faster negates the benefits of the Chicaine imo
maybe helicopter could have optional separate spawns that are way closer to an objective?(like a FOB) so that its speed is no longer such a drawback
Smaller and hidden away LZs closer to the frontline sounds cool, could have the frontmost airbase as a parent and gets destroyed along with it
I agree, that could solve the issue of time spent flying into battle

Seems like 90% of the original report is either untrue, personal dislike or minor bugs that have already been identified. Feel free to move to #feedback-and-suggestions for non bug-related thoughts
Anyway, one thing about Chicane that makes it unappealing for me is how fast it reaches top speed coupled with the behavior to snap roll when pitcing up at that speed
dont get me wrong, its cool that it accelerates but it just takes a lot to slow down
and I slam into the ground in the process a lot considering how low a heli is supposed to be flown
