Have you thought of expanding on Nightmares in the form of Dreams? Could be interesting if that had funny little effects.

Also would be nice if sleeping slowly got rid of sadness since that tends to be a bit of a mood reset,,

(I know there's other mods that do this, by why not have an all-in-one solution?)

for nightmares I think you could save the player’s injuries and conditions before entering the dream world and then once they drop below a certain amount of health (from zombies) you pull them out, wipe the current injuries and reapply the previous ones

also you’d need to find a way to prevent drag downs during dreams cause that’d still be an issue

some dreams could be simple too like you wake up in a kitchen and you get to eat some chocolate cake that spawns

that’s the whole dream

maybe some profession related ones too but that’s getting real complicated
