well, the first thing would be to confront taking loss so poorly. Fighting games are a learning process and while you're figuring stuff out or breaking habits, it's going to come with plenty of it, but it's for the better in the long run. Being able to recognise your bad habits is a great start actually, i'd say isolate one or two things (idk your specifics, but maybe it's jump less, or don't mash on wakeup or whatever) and make your goal for the next few matches to be working on those. Win or lose, if you're chipping away at the issues in your gameplay that's your 'win'.
