I don't know every single change but the ones I do know are.

F1 went from 12 frame startup to 15
Klone duration was reduced to what it is now.
Damage decrease across the board. B2 scales more. Default slide does 9% damage now, did 11% during beta. EX deadly Vapors combos got gutted

Beta sub was smacking people for 40% without kameo

Also recovery on klone got gutted by like 20-30 frames

And the hitbox on it was decreased

Let me break this down to ya, a good Johnny player is gonna hit you with plus frames generally 1-1 and f3 string and not as much of his low and overhead shit.

And everytime he’s plus, there is a mind game

He traps it or loops it into another plus on block button

So you can sit there and hold block but he’ll eventually keep looping shit over and over

Which is still better than mashing

So if you poke when he’s plus (do not jab never jab) you run the risking of getting combo’d for the reward of taking your turn back

If you couldn’t tell by reading this, this is bad. You do not want to poke when he’s plus.

Instead you want to poke when he tries to trap it with f3 string

After he does f3-2 then you can poke and try to retake your turn or jab/fast button to retake it

Armor changes the mind game a bit if you use it correctly and can help you later on down the match
