One tip I noticed during the last two fights is your entire Liu Kang game plan seems to revolve around his B13 launch string.

Its great for stagger pressure and strike throw mixups and I'm not saying don't use it, but learn a few other non kameo specific routes

What I'm trying to say is, don't get discouraged if you get soundly defeated by someone leaps and bounds better than you. Focus on asking yourself questions mid round like

did I whiff punish a lot? Or is my opponent playing patiently?

Am I neutral ducking any fireballs throws out and not block ducking? (Fireball hits for chip damage)

Does my opponent always crouch block randomly in neutral? (I'm guilty of this) and am I catching the neutral blocking with throws?

Am I upblocking any telegraphed overhead attacks? Jump ins mostly, but also any overhead really

There's about a million more questions like these but I can't think of them all right now

It’s 52% tho. Scorpion doesn’t provide a ton of utility to Kitana outside of combos tbh. She also has really good meterless combo routes and doesn’t depend on meter or kameo meter for combos

And yes the Kitana community downplays the character every single game

But it caps out at like 45 I think with one meter and 2 Scorpion uses

I personally don’t find it advantageous to use, for example, two Sareena’s in one combo for an additional 4-5% if you are going to need her Sareena launcher again in the round.
