Namely I think them straight up copying your frame and weapon load out when you spawn them would be really cool, and the reward table could include a universal incarnon adapter or something for a specific weapon type, which would basically be like the incarnon upgrade tree thing that proper incarnons have on the side with the perks and such (but lacking the weapon specific alt modes)
The idea of the main encounter acting like a solo prime vanguard fight would also probably be pretty cool, but that'd require a lot of programming to make each frame have a unique moveset
