Kinda it's weird cause the Crit chance buff is flat for kullervo so ideally you want Smth like a kuva nukor which has extraordinary CD on melee

The CC isn't bad per say but it definitely is a deminishing return

My understanding was that kullervo 1 SETS your melee crit chance to whatever number by power atengthy, 400% being the cap, and if your natural crit rate goes over that then it essentially just doesn't do anything

Like if you somehow hit a 450% crit rate without it then you have a 450% crit rate

But whether your weapon is 2% or 398% crit doesn't matter when 1 is up now it's 400%

So if you have 100 on your weapon in inately you get 300
