every other zephyr guide I've ever seen emphasizes how little it takes to play her and how easy she is to afk, and he's out here with high-end tech for playing the character and actually explaining shit and recommending specific setups and loadouts
xandypants used to be awesome but it has been like 6 years or so, sadly. he doesn't really do warframe stuff anymore and all his builds are out of date. Very sad, because he was a master of coming up with really neat themed builds or synergistic builds. His pre-rework hydroid build was absolutely excellent - he paired it with Nightwatch Napalm and something else I'm forgetting and it made for a REALLY awesome setup.
aznvasion is like... in theory alright, but in practice he's so committed to uploading so frequently that he's unable to provide quality non-cookie-cutter builds on a consistent basis. SOME of his builds are good, SOME are extremely mid, and it's hard to tell which is which until you've already put the forma in on a dud. He also jumps on explaining how to do glitches ASAP which is not great IMO because it encourages people to do shit that's cringe
brozime is a twat and the only kind thing I can say is he's a cockroach who refuses to die and there's something admirable about being from two 'waves' of warframe creators back and being the only one still active from back then
but he's extremely condescending and his builds largely suck except his mesa build which actually puts some significant work in. everything else is a lazy slapdash minimal forma minimal power "find the easiest way to Gloom your way through" mess.
knightmareframe steals content and you can tell when he does because it's the only builds that are halfway competent. sabuuchi doesn't do build guides but depending on your outlook is either the funniest person still in the community or the worst part of the community. I find him hilarious but don't begrudge anyone who hates him
grind hard squad is a twat who also steals content and did shit like actively steal a design used in someone else's clan dojo so he could advertise his own, and didn't even name the clan he copied from in the video. also he's in love with shield gating and rolling guard, probably because you can make every frame with a shield have the exact same build with it, subsume something boring and call it a day and that's much easier than bothering to test things himself or explain anything

Cause I feel like the whole swapping elements thing is done better by lavos anyways and other frames have ways to spread all the statuses simultaneously (usually semi based on RNG) but it'd be cool to give chroma a way to have consistent base statuses very usable so he can use elemental based arcanes more effectively
Like honestly all they'd really need to do is change 1 to be a channel version of toxin lash/xata, but instead of it peaking out at 30% at base(?) you have the overall DMG peak out at 20%, but have that extra 20% hit apply all 4 base elem statuses simultaneously
He'd be able to comfortably run all the elemental based arcanes well, while letting him mod for whatever he wants on weapons, and also would have a great way to scale up DMG with vex, and making it a channel helps it feel different than the other lash equivalents
From there prolly give him a simultaneous ward buff, prolly while nerfing the abilities somewhat, (that or let chroma get all 4 buffs himself, but the helminth keeps the og color limitations)
Then for effigy I think having 2 versions would be fun, a tap version that's the current one, and a held version that's like the inverse
You get reworked hysteria multiplicative valkyr armor (locked at 2/3x), then I think having different effects happen based on what abilities you have on at the time would be fun
Like 4 gives 1 a shivering contagion Esque effect, or 4+2 having chroma release bursts of base elemental DMG that purely exists to prime dmge
Also extra loot drop chance on kill to mirror the money double effect to really hammer the dichotomy home

So I made one out of boredom lmao, had a lotta blanks in personal judgement here due to lack of experience with frames/bringing them on EDA/ETA specifically though
Most tiers are unordered except for the S(kip Eda/ETA) tier
The top 3 are up there on account of their damage potential/team wide support to prevent dying and realistically not caring about what you roll for weapons, the next three are ranked by how close the get to that perfect example
The goated tier is essentially the "has a exalted weapon tier" lmao cause they get to very easily play around the modes main limiting factor of RNG load outs well by flipping necraloid/kaya the bird and bringing their own weapon(s), that or theyre frames that can work with most any weapons (see saryn/rhino/kullervo)
Some in the unranked tier that'd prolly go there are ash/cyte-09/jade/khora/Titania on account of their exalted weapons, and maybe lavos on account of valence formation and his whole status nuke based abilities
Limbo frankly could prolly go in his own limbo/"Schrodinger's viability" tier on account of essentially Needing to give your team a heads up you're playing limbo (so they can plan accordingly with their builds, playstyle) essentially making him terrible for randoms, but in turn the inherent strength of cataclysm/banish+Status/rift torrent spiking his damage is too insanely good to overlook....except when he gets fucked over by bolstered belligerence and all the enemies get OG, or by the simple fact necramechs don't give a fuck about the rift period, meaning his fantastic rift torrent DMG goes down the drain

Shotgun vendetta is prolly the easiest and most usable shotgun arcane for a shitton of free Multi and reload speed no headshots required
But you also have the standard primary arcanes and such
As for general playstyle the corinth prime generally likes to self prime with the alt fire grenade cause that has a shitton of Status Chance, then you mow down what you're shooting at with the primary fire

I forget what was 2 years ago but when I came back I found that the most useful and important stuff after I completed the main story was to farm the fuck out of steel essence, and prioritize umbral forma, archon shards, incarnon weapons and then anything else
usually I learn about mods/arcanes by looking up build guides, seeing what I don't have, and then looking up how to get it, writing that down and making a to-do list
most things in warframe are either something you get a little at a time (i.e. via faction standing) or something you have a fucking horrendous drop rate on
identifying the overlap is highly efficient
i.e. "this mod comes from a mission that gives fortuna standing, and I need to make new pets anyway, so I'm going to farm this mod with an awful drop rate and also maximize my fortuna standing off it. When I cap standing, I'll move to something else so I don't waste it, even if I don't have the mod"
as far as what warframes to build up IMO the order of priority is (assuming you like the frames in question and need to narrow it down)
primed warframe with an exalted weapon > primed warframe that has powerful abilities > primed warframe I like > repeat with non-primed

The idea is you give him mastery over the basic 4* elements while also being a great weapons platform frame
Passive unchanged for fundies, double bullet jumps are peak
You make 1 into an elemental infuse ability like toxic lash that gives him 5% extra elemental damage per base element, and a forced proc for each one of them on each shot when it's up (the augment converts the extra elemental damage into an elemental based AoE explosion on direct hits)
2 gets all the base effects simultaneously (prolly slightly nerfing each), and is changed so allies within the ward cast range keep it permanently, Aug is changed so walking into chromas radius post casting gives you the buff for the time remaining on it, helminth version is unchanged so everyone else has to pick and choose wards, but they get slightly better individual buffs
Vex is unchanged
Effigy is radically changed to be a channel that keeps the movement speed buff of current effigy, while also giving some parkour velocity, and sprint speed, the main draw of the buff is it now buffs all of chromas other abilities infusing them with void based buffs
Effigy+1 adds 5% void damage to that hodge podge of toxin, cold, heat, electricity, with another forced proc
Effigy+2 adds a new effect to the ward entirely inaccessible to other frames via helminth, that gives double credits on kill, AND extra drop chances
Effigy+3 inverts the typical method of Vex armor buffs, instead of taking damage to buff, dealing DMG(kills) gives buffs, killing with effigy up and vex up pauses the drain from both 1/4 channels temporarily, and gives some energy back (like 10 on kill), the retaliation armor augment is buffed so kills with vex under the effects of effigy also give team wide OG within it's buff radius
Oh and for the sickos who like the current stupidfuckingguarddog effigy, guided effigy now spawns a void copy of the (current) dragon skin turret who follows you around and can be told to hold positions like a defense operative
Release this rework with a orowyrm themed deluxe skin and we ballin
Tying chroma into orowyrm lore as to why he's (supposedly) so strong in lore is a fun idea
And it's even fits given orowyrms only use the base elements (and void)
It'd give him a fun niche that (prolly) wouldn't be too broken on account of him being good at killing shit, but only the shit directly in front of him making him more extra tanky through 2/3 (particularly 2 getting both the HP and armor buff)
