Double Decker homemade white castle smash cheeseburger (yes there is another slice of bread under there)
To elaborate a bit I call it white castle smash burger cause I kinda did what they do at white castle (steaming the burgers on a thing of jar garlic/jarlic liquid) but combined the methodology with a smash burger, so it goes onion, jarlic (extra garlic liquid) burger smashed down into all that
Also put some old bay seasoning on the burgers themselves and average burger toppings on after (slice of American, mayo and letup on both sides of the bun and some mustard on one)
The idea being it's a weird combo of steamed and grilled that ends up tasting really good
No amazing food picture here but it's the first time I see a banana this big ( hard to see with the picture cuz it's hard to hold a banana take a picture and compare it with your hands )

Its like a reseeesssesws take 5 but for dinner
Pizza when you break everything down, is slightly acidic, tomatoes sit from like 4/5, the cheese is like from 5-7, the crust is around 7, and the meat ranges anywhere from 5-7 too
Pineapples take that relatively balanced scale and drag it into very acidic territory cause they sit at about 3-4 on the phone scale, which im not a fan of
Then there is the argument "oh tomato is a fruit, surely this is no different" well, usually you either put just diced tomato, or just tomato sauce on the pizza which are 2 different pizza types, margarita being the tomatoes type. Pineapples on pizza is doubling up on that which again spikes the acidity a ton. (Hence why most people don't double up on tomatoes and the sauce)
But then there's the argument also about raw tomatoes also having liquid in it so why is pineapple liquid bad? Raw tomatoes have liquid in them yes, but also have a solid rhine sort of outer layer, so when you put raw tomatoes on a pizza the amount of liquid that cooked out of the tomato is relatively small compared to the pineapple and you get a somehat crunchy remaining tomato bit, however because pineapple is like watermelon, when you cook it the whole thing shrivels up and you're left with a crap ton of liquid and barely any fruit left
"Oh but the pineapple caramelizes!" You could say that except thats usually done in a pan, and if you try and do it in the oven on your pizza when youre cooking the pizza that's not gonna happen because the liquid is gonna disperse into the crust and/or the sauce, leaving you with a bit of mushy post mortem fruit corpse on you're pizza, with the whole thing tasting exceedingly acidic because the pineapple juice mixed with the sauce and spread out over the whole thing
If you're going to make pineapple pizza the best way to do it would presumably be to make a margarita style pizza where you Caramelize the pineapple first in a pan, and add them with mozzarella, ham, and diced tomatoes, but no one's gonna do that cause it takes extra effort and most places make tomato sauce pizza anyways
Also pizza being sweet feels weird
High heat right at the end to warm the pineapple and evaporated some of the fluid, pineapple is another simply acidic but sweet, note it's fruit sugar not sucrose/glucose so it's sweet but sugary. That's where the balance comes from

Cooked pineapple is not acidic, usually it's just mildly sweet
