Also, this isn't really true in P3, at least in FES and P3P. You get a lot of free time near the end of the game to work on Social Links and Grind in Tartarus so you don't need to be hyper-optimal. For example, I've still got a handful of months left and I'm half done with 4 Social Links, and then I have 4 others that I need to start and complete. But the rest, I've 100% done.
And that's while doing all of the hangouts with my party members to improve their Theurgy, and wasting a fair number of days with my Social Links so I can get enough points for the next rank.

NG+ is the same as other Persona games as far as I know. You keep all your social stats at where they were in the last playthrough, you keep all your equipment and personas and your level is the same. The enemies stay the same, so the early game is genuinely a joke. There is a NG+-specific boss in the form of ||Elizabeth|| but that's all the exclusive content. The Point of NG+ in most persona games is to do the things you missed before since you'll have time to do them now with maxed-out stats.

and learned that Yukari one is slightly different between versions, where you can be a misogynist in the remake, while you can try to hug her in the original where both leads into reversal

I love the way they handled it in Reload and I wouldn't be mad if they had party stories tied to Link episodes instead of full social links
Plus it means that there ends up being more social links overall, so there's more characters and stuff

I have learned how to obtain Almighty amp and boost. Which means 2 things for me.
Endgame persona spoilers if you care:
|| 1st: do the funniest shit ever by giving it to Satanael and watching everything die in one shot.
2nd: build an Orpheus telos, with Victory Cry, morning star, Almighty amp, almighty boost, spell master, enduring soul, Ali dance and hopefully null phys.
Then maxxing out all its stats. Will this take ages, yes. But if I did my calculations right, it’s the strongest possible persona in the game for doing almighty damage||

Oh, that’s a totally valid way to beat the game. If you have fun when you feel really powerful tho then builds are great
I was doing builds since I got Mitsuru. Admittedly not very strong ones, but getting solid moves and skills on personas earlier did make it easier to get stronger builds later
I really focused on builds after taking out the 12 shadows tho

Since i dont have junpei on my team or mitsuru i have a persona that has an ice and fire attack to basicaly make up for what im missing out on

Thats a good strat. Went thru the game with Personas dedicated to different roles. So I'd have my ice persona, built to do the most damage with Ice attacks, and a fire one built around that element
It let me pick up the slack for missing party members while also remaining the main damage dealer. Which was helpful to build my party around

What I do is also built a persona around like buffs and debuffs too

I keep my buffs and debuffs spread across personas honestly. Since I typically let my party handle those
I use Aigis, Mitsuru and Yukari. Aigis is for buffs and extra damage, Mitsuru is for debuffs, and Yukari is for healing
My personas are pretty much made for raw damage tho. Since my party covers the other needs
Here’s my current strongest persona tho. It is one of the super late game ones tho so look at ur own risk lol
