The only time gate would be the boss materials: In which case it'd take 2-3 days worth of energy (Assuming 1-90). But those mostly have early access.
The annoying thing is still the flowers (if you don't have the area unlocked) and the painfully slow acquisition of weekly materials. That shit takes 2 weeks worh of Weekly runs to get one character leveled enough (Major traces + Important skills) and I hate it.

Assuming I remember the correct thing, you're doing the Observatory exploration quest then, to get materials for them you get them by the supply boxes on trucks on the road, killing enemies, and general exploration.

they changed the account names on tieba or bilibili or one of the other sites they use to the names of the upcoming SP's
this is a leak that's not exactly usual, but it's not what got them caught directly
on these sites you can pay for usernames though, specifically you can pay someone with a username to buy that username from them
luna did not sell the usernames, but it seems that even the potential of her doing this was enough to make hoyo bring down the hammer
so moral of the story is that hoyo will kill you for monetizing leaks in any way, or taking action that could even potentially lead to monetizing them
also hoyo already know all the leakers identities and simply choose not to kill them
