increases their survivability

and lets Blade do even more damage

Looking at the icons, it looks like she's using Ping, Cyberware Malfunction, an Unknown 3rd one, Synapse Burnout and Cripple Movement

So it's possible the Ult does a bunch of damage (Synapse), while causing the enemies to take more damage (Malfunction) and stop moving for a set amount of time (Cripple)

Not sure what Ping would do though

Actually, it looks like you can choose which Quickhacks you want

Since they have the effects of each one on the right

Also there's the button to select them
