She got the short end of the stick, she was doin quite well early on, her paired Main-DPS was free (1.2) and did pretty damn good for a while, she just can't keep up with the more mobile bosses and her main-DPS paired better in a sweat team comp over her. and beyond that her use cases are quite slim now-a-days, praying for her to get buffs since seeing her fall was just sad.

From what I know, he does a bit of everything. Good damage, Good Support, even works as a pseudo-sustain with Taunt and HP scaling.
Though he plays best with Ashveil, and allows allies to apply debuffs (like SW E2) in his base kit which is why Acheron likes him.

Having a better look at Morty's kit, I'm wondering if replacing Sunday with Welt would be a good idea for my Saber team
Since while I will be losing out on 20% Crit Rate (bringing me down to around 80%) and 50% DMG on everything, I'd gain 75% DMG on her Ults (which E6 Saber gets a bunch of) and extra debuffs to the enemy.
Welt's currently E1, but I do have enough gold things to get him up to E4
Though the lack of Sunday's 100% AA would feel kinda rough, even with the AA in Saber's own kit...And the free energy as well...
