From what I know, she super niche but really good if you can use her well.
Her main gimmick is her S3, which allows you to create a ranged tile anywhere on the stage that buffs operators you put on it.
She also has a few other passive buffs that are pretty strong as well, but her S3 is the main thing you use her for over others

If you are in a situation where master fox has got offset so it won't trigger when you're getting ult, you cannot manually activate ult when a teammate's turn is ending and get it before the next action in the bar occurs, which is an issue because you might get an ult from a teammate losing CB and then not be able to use ult before an aha instant and end up wasting energy because of it
BUT, auto battle allows you to do it because it can do it frame perfect
so basically if you're close to ult at the end of a teammate's turn just hit auto battle and if you get ult it will use it automatically

Well yeah I just think it's a shame part of the quintessential experience is missing
It's like the closest MH equivalent to the "make attractive character a PAIN in the ass to play" troupe you see in fighting games (like angel in KoF or baiken pre strive) which I think is really funny as a troupe, except in MH it's you have to fight the annoying pain in the ass horse multiple times to get the set
