But from what I know, soft pity starts at 65, you're guaranteed a 6* at 80, and if you haven't gotten the featured character in 120 pulls, the 120th pull is guaranteed to be the featured character

But the 120 guarantee is only per banner, so you have to be smart with when you pull and how far you go

Also it's worth pointing out that the "off-banner" characters you can lose your 50/50 to consists of the Standard pool and the last 2 limited characters, which have a higher individual rate than the standard pool.

From what I understood from the bonus 10 pull thing is:

• It's limited time
• Pulls done using the freebie don't count towards pity and they don't count towards the 120 guarantee
• If you get a 6 star during these pulls, it doesn't reset pity or remove the 120 guarantee if it's the featured character
