Yep. Grit buffs are a DoT effect, with the mini-buffs being for DoT, Break and (sorta) memosprite teams
The memosprite buff is pretty general though, since it just makes to DoT effect increase damage by 3% per stack
But Memosprites can apply additional stacks when they hit

50% increase on the nuke tally is good, but it’s still backloaded damage compared to stuff like tribbie or robin e1 which kick in right away
And cipher’s multipliers are pretty tame so the personal damage increase is kinda meh, especially if her build is optimized for high SPD (200) and not damage
