Not necessarily. Robin is one of Saber's best supports currently since ATK% is one of the things Saber isn't oversaturated on, plus the big AA is really big for saber since more turns means more energy from more skill uses.

Cyrene would need to have comparable buffs and either a super frequent Ult or the ability to give Saber energy to work

To put it in perspective, using Robin's ult results in a total of 84 Energy for Saber (24 for the Ult Use from Core Resonance, then 2 x 30 from 2 skill extra uses from AA turns)
Cyrene would need to either be able to use her Ult 4x more than Robin or be able to give Saber 60+ Energy for it to be comparable

So, TL;DR of all of these
Skadishmael - Weird Sinking/Tremor EGO with AoE that gains buffs if you're against a single target
Hong Ling - A Poise EGO that feeds into itself with a stacking buff. It's seemingly intended to just have you spam it over and over for steadily increasing damage.
Faus'tsit - An EGO to surpass Fluid Sac...No, like, seriously, it just might depending on the numbers it's actually kinda nuts...
Gregnar - The first time you use it, it does nothing but gives you a stacking buff that doesn't disappear. Once you have enough stacks of this buff, you can nuke the ever-loving fuck out of the enemies. Seems genuinely sick as hell.

So, after looking at IDs, here's the ones I think these new EGO will work best with:
Ishy - Molar Boatworks is gonna love this one, as Ish didn't really have a good HE EGO for Sinking Teams. Also has niche use with Xichunmael.
Hong Lu - Pretty much any Poise ID is gonna like this one, so Full Stop and Kong Lu. This is also just a solid generalist EGO though.
Faust - Depending on numbers, it's either gonna be as general use as Fluid Sac or just a sidegrade for her Rupture and Burn IDs, so Maost, Ardor Blossom, and Seven Faust
Gregor - Priest Gregor is gonna go crazy with this one, as he doesn't give a shit about taking hits so it'll basically be like giving an immortal a nuclear bomb. Other somewhat tanky Gregor IDs are gonna be able to make good use of this as well, so it's a good Generalist.

    OR
  • A Burn team with Dawn Office Sinclair, Magic Bullet Outis and Liu Ryoshu, Gregor and Honglu at the core

You do also have some good options for Sinking (Butler Outis & Faust and Dieci Hong Lu) and Rupture (Xichun Ishmael and Lantern Don) though you lack good option to fill out the other slots
