You can get the ascension materials you get from story quests by completing the Archon quest of this version, and it seems to be replacing the Story Quests for Lauma and Flins

Hu Tao is the OG “she needs c1;” the free stamina makes her charged attack loops so much easier/more efficient
Dehya’s makes her scaling a lot better
Mona’s is usually seen as mid since the freeze effect is bugged and she won’t see a ton of usage with the other reactions; the vaporize buff is great though and very good for screenshot damage or specific comps (like enabling bigger nukes on mualani). Plus, maybe it’ll be better with lunar reactions?

S:
Shenhe’s and Ganyu’s can make rotations feel smoother and help with energy
Yae’s helps quite a bit since she has a monstrous energy cost of 90
I don’t know much about Cyno, but I assume it’s cuz ATK SPD would be very noticeable on him

A:
Baizhu’s can help with energy and a bit more healing, I assume it’s rated lower since it’d be more like a stepping stone to c2
Wanderer’s is similar to Cyno’s; he kinda just has mid cons though
Eula’s just makes her hit harder, which is always appreciated but not crazy
Albedo’s seems very meh; helps charge his burst, but it’s not an amazing ult in the first place so

B:
Klee’s is okay for boosting damage, its biggest boost probably is that it’s a stepping stone to c2, which makes her a weirdly potent support
Itto’s is mostly QoL and a decent damage boost
Diluc’s is an okay damage boost
Ayato’s is an inverse of Diluc’s, arguably worse since it won’t kick in for a fight immediately
Tighnari’s is Acheron E1; good effect, just underwhelming for a whole constellation

C:
Xiao’s gives an extra charge of skill, which is good but kinda redundant since he already has 2 at baseline
Nilou’s is a c2 stepping stone; still a good effect since it gives her ring 100% uptime, but your second hydro usually applies enough hydro already. Plus, the onfield effect is useless unless you play vape or freeze (w/ escoffier) Nilou

Childe’s is good for reducing his super long CD, but I assume it’s rated low since optimal rotations don’t really change w/ C1
Qiqi’s reduces energy reqs which is good since her burst is very important, but it’s not the most impressive generation
Jean’s is kinda bad since it ONLY applies to hold skill, which you never really do outside of funny fall damage setups; even then, it’s still not a great boost

D:
Yoimiya’s buffs her burst, which is terrible since it’s easily the worst part of her kit
Kokomi’s is actually quite good for her onfield damage and application, it’s just underwhelming since onfield kokomi isn’t super popular to begin with or her personal damage isn’t the best thing to invest in

F:
Ayaka’s doesn’t really change her gameplay at all
Keqing’s is such a small increase that it’s practically useless

Personally, I'd lower Ganyu's C1 because:

• The energy gain is only 2 per shot, and she has a 60 cost burst. In the team where her Burst matters (Escoffier Freeze) that only really translates to 4 or 6 extra energy per rotation.
• The 15% Cryo RES reduction is pretty redundant in every possible case right now. In Escoffier teams, she's giving you 55% Cryo RES shred which is usually more than enough, and in Ganyu's top Melt/BurnMelt teams she's only dealing a fraction of the team's damage, and her non-Cryo teammates (Mavuika/Emilie/etc.) are often the ones dealing the most damage. It doesn't help that any RES reduction below 0% has half effect.

Either way though, I'm still gonna get it on the off chance I'll be able to get C2 next year

AS is iffy but Phainon has phys install and Acheron can brute force with Cipher

So I really don't have a reason to use him

Speaking of, despite this PF having significantly more health than the last it felt way easier

Probably the benefits of not having to deal with DoT PF

I also have E2S1 Acheron, but no JQ or good alternative so she's kinda dead right now, alongside E0S1 Rappa and E0 Firefly but Break is also dead right now
So I only really have Saber and Archer to clear most content, with THerta for AoE

The only one I've been able to complete is Kirara's, since you just need to go with a full EM build and run around for that one

But they really need to up the timers/reduce enemy HP on them, since most of them just feel really annoying to do right now
