At the moment, your best choices are Ring Outis (who is a really good 00 that's often used over Barber) and Rhino Meur who can help with Count

There aren't many good Bleed IDs that are avaialble to you than you don't already have

Since most of the big ones came out last season, or as part of Walpurgis

With all the La Manchaland IDs, they enable a mechanic called "Bloodfeast" which is basically a number that equals the total amount of Bleed damage taken by Enemies and Allies. They enter their enhanced forms as this number increases.

With Caposault, he has 2 states
The first one is his standard one that uses normal ammo. This one's for longer fights and has more consistent damage.
The second one can be enabled by using his defensive skill or running out of normal ammo, and is much more bursty and runs out of steam much quicker, but it deals a fuckload of damage.

Faust is the strongest so far, but Rodya and Gregor are solid as well

Plus Faust wants to be teamed up with other Heishou IDs as well, so it's likely better to get them before you pick up Faust

All of them are pretty self-sufficient though
