After Phainon's 2nd turn, I use RMC ult and advance Mem 100%
then Phainon gets his second turn, Bronya takes her turn, Phainon gets to ult and maintain her skill damage buff
Managed to go from 0-cycle on MoC with 10 cost to 8 cost
And could definitely go lower

Tried Archer on the first side of AS
He worked really well, though I definitely could've done better. My main problem is that I'm not sure how to make use of action advance at low SP.
Saber on the 2nd side didn't work for the same reason that Herta didn't, since I could break the other hand
Also, my current Saber team has problems with Tingyun's buff running out and Aventurine's shield dropping because of all the AA

We don't know anything for sure, but it's likely due to one of two reasons:
- The Collab Contract simply didn't allow for/explicitly stated that they didn't want the EN VAs
- The VAs themselves didn't want to/couldn't work on the project. (Saber's ENVA is SAG exclusive and Archer's VA is Taiwanese, so he doesn't like working with most CN companies)
