I think the only character you need is Black Swan for a Kafka team iirc, but Robin is a great addition due to her buffs from what I can tell looking at their kits

Not really, no. Kafka is an ATK buffer by herself now, so Robin's not essential. Any buffer can fill the final slot after you've got Kafka/Black Swan/Sustain

However, if you did run Robin, it's now optimal to build her with at least 75% Effect Hit Rate instead of ATK, purely because of how big Kafka's ATK% buff is

Now, you have to keep tanking damage (higher damage bc you're probably on 2nd wave where boss is smacking you), and survive that

And that's not even the biggest problem

The DPAV is the source of all strife

Damage per screenshot has made people convinced that he's super strong

What is not obvious is that a) that skill actually fucking sucks and b) he can only do it every other turn at best, more usually every 3rd turn

It's kind of like Acheron ult scenario

Where she does 0 damage outside of ult, but only gets ult every once in a while

But it's also like if Acheron's ult could completely miss the boss sometimes

Imo the biggest issue with his damage is the distribution on his skill

It's a bounce into aoe, so a lot of damage can be wasted on mobs

In my testing of him, there were some times that the boss wouldn't get hit at all prior to the aoe

3. HP restore and CC cleanse are useless on him! He restores his own HP (and is hilariously hard to kill, even intentionally) and he's immune to all CC's

Only useful buff is ultimate restore and he can't make use of it until his current ult ends
