You could try swapping the sides and see what that does, as you may be able to break Cocolia with Tribbie, Fu Xuan and Serval. Tribbie's buffs could counteract Cocolia's high Ice RES.

You could replace RMC on Acheron's team, since Cipher will be able to apply more Debuffs and give Acheron more ults

You wouldn't be losing out on too much of the True Damage from RMC, since Cipher's mechanic works in a similar way. She just stores it for herself instead of dishing it out immediately.
You'd only really be losing out on the Crit and occasional Action Advance
