While it's charging up (it has the wheel beneath it's health bar) you need to be constantly hitting it with Cryo Damage and keeping the bar as low as possible. If you keep that bar below a certain amount, it's RES will be significantly reduced and allow you to deal good damage. Otherwise, it's RES is stupid high and you can't do anything to it until it's out of it's spinny mode.
Ideally you want 2 sources of constant Cryo damage (like Ganyu/Escoffier for example) to comfortably deal with it.

Ideally, yes. Though making sure you swirl the right element takes priority.
For example, if you're running a Neuvi team, then it's pretty easy to make sure you Swirl Hydro since you'll likely have Furina on the team who constantly applies it. A VV user works pretty well in his rotations as well, since you can easily swap out at any point to refresh the buff.
But in a more reaction-heavy team, it can be a little tricky to hit the right element, so you may want to VV earlier in the rotation to ensure you get the right one

You could do Lan Yan after Bennett instead to avoid having to refresh the buff, but that'd eat into your Bennett Circle Uptime which I'm pretty sure is a bigger loss for Arle.

the story is presented like a visual novel, but the characters are animated allowing for gestures and facial movements
all major story elements have VA, and it’s really well done. one of the best parts of the game

To be fair, the unit that beat him out is the newest Electro unit, same element as Calcharo, so he doesn't have to much competition
plus both Calculator and the "newer" character, Xiangli Yao, have the same BiS sub-DPS so it really is good if one prefers Calculator over the new guy, on top of him being standard, you can get his sequences easier than limited characters so if you put in the work he's busted just like any character in WuWa
The first limited 5-star has only gotten better and although he's getting competition in the new patch, his BiS team is a 4-star and standard 5-star on top of still being easy to build on his own, it's why I started playing WuWa.
