Ah sick, I've won Carlotta, Changli (+ sig early), and I got Shorekeeper s0r1 in 106 pulls. So I was overdue for some nasty luck, It took me 200 pulls to get Brant s0r1 this patch (on top of the like 70 I threw into him before 
) and took me 68 pity to get Carlotta's sig this patch as well.
It is what it is, I can at least do ToA and WhiWa to some decent effect, so that can help supplement my astrites.

As someone who's 98%'d the F/SN remaster, I can say that it's not too hard to understand. The only convoluted part is the magic system, but since you've played Mahoyo, you should have an easier time since it works the same.
