Now that the union is "doing stuff", some of them are panicked that they might get penalized for working on a non-union game

Word of mouth from voice actors is that hoyo games are very nice to work on, so union VA's want to make the games union projects so that they can continue working on them without having to worry about repercussions from the union

But in doing so they are also screwing over basically everyone else

And recently there's been a lot of community pushback against SAG because of the actions of Paimon VA + other VA's and their behavior towards the new Kinich VA

It's basically like me striking with some other amazon workers for longer bathroom breaks, but then saying that only the people who are paying me to be in the strike get the longer bathroom breaks

as opposed to giving everyone a longer bathroom break

there's also been some controversial statements from the heads of the union where they basically say non-union VA's are bad compared to union VA's, though in not as direct of a statement

i get that part of it is marketing but it's also just kind of shitty to do

So, just got finished watching this. here's a bit of a TL;DW for people who aren't overly interested

1. Version 6.x will be focused solely on Nod-Krai, Snezhnaya will presumably be feature in version 7.x
2. The focus of Nod-Krai is to tie loose ends with regard's to the game's lore
3. Rather than the main story focusing on the narrative of "meeting the archon, chaos ensues", Nod-Krai's Archon Quest will focus on all the factions that are present there.
4. Nod-Krai is primarily inspired by old Celtic & Norse Mythology
5. Varka is one of the first people we'll meet in Nod-Krai
6. The Wild Hunt is the collection of Nod-Krai's Abyss monsters, and apparently it consists of some of Teyvat's strongest Abyss creatures. The Lightkeepers were founded to combat them.

This isn't everything, but just the points I found most interesting. I highly recommend you still watch it though, since it has some cool developer insights plus some sneak peaks at some sick-ass concept art.

Also, based on the code given at the end of the stream, it's likely that version 6.0 will release on September 10th. After checking the calendar as well, it seems to line up.

Yeah, it's kinda annoying. I just used Neuvi, since his self-healing and massive HP pool meant he could just solo it pretty much.
You could try leaning more into sustain with shields and stuff, since he gets a massive RES reduction after you heal enough to revive the other guy
