Qingyi is a much faster stunner and more on field dominant stunner than Caeser, which for Zhu Yuan is better since her passive requires the enemy to be stunned. Without it she loses almost all of her dps

And it’s 280 (or 230 depending on the boss), you do two of Qingyi’s charge attacks to stack it

Not going to do a writeup on why I think they're good cause there are a lot of reasons, but writeup for why Kafka and Nananas are bad

Kafka - Comes with 4 elites in total. These things are tanky and they suck up a lot of time dealing with them. They provide comparatively little benefit to what it takes to kill them. Boring and uninteresting fight + caters specifically to Feixiao who can target the elites one by one and nuke them

Nananas - Erudition + frequent AoE check. Boss works against itself by "removing" its mechanic from play once once of them is broken, due to the imaginary break effect delaying them for a very long time. You either have to wait for it to reset, or have specific teams that can spam AoE attacks once all the enemies are broken.

Phantylia at least gives you buffs but it's not a very interesting fight, just target and kill, and Argenti was much the same as far as I recall. I don't really like any of his boss iterations to date tbh

Cocolia - Can target the adds, or outright ignore them and focus Cocolia only. AB is straightforward but I enjoyed fighting it

Sunday is really well designed and imo is a better version of Nanana boss, Skaracabuz is erudition shilling but has really fun mechanics involving managing the continuous spawn and destruction of the adds to break the boss, and Aven has a dice game that's actually fun (math!!!)

If Hoyo signs: All VA's that aren't in SAG have to quit, or join SAG, or get Taft Harley. There are (apparently) a limited total number of these, either per VA or per project (game)

If Hoyo doesn't sign: Eventually, all VA's that ARE in SAG have to quit. For now they are allowed to work due to HSR being in development pre-strike, which provides it with an exception. Some VA's choose not to work anyways though out of decisions to support the strike

The reasoning behind SAG members getting preferential treatment in the contract is because of union member's minimum salaries and such

They need preferential treatment, otherwise they wouldn't get hired (though this is not true for all studios as is evidenced by Hoyo having hired a good number of them)

Issues with the exclusivity part of the contract:
SAG has some hefty fees apparently, a 3k flat fee for joining and then a monthly fee after that.

If you aren't a "popular" VA, you can't consistently get work. You don't have the option of choosing between union and non-union work, so if you join the union you cut off your non-union options. If all the studios sign the contract, then you can try for Taft-Harley exemptions. Because of the limitations on this, if you don't get paid very well then you can't get enough money to live your life, whereas previously you would go for quantity over quality

If you're a popular VA then you have no issues, as you're most likely a member of the unions already since you can afford it all

Me: I support the anti-AI stance but SAG seems super scummy with their additional requests and I think the contract will ultimately bring more harm than not signing it will tbh. This is from what I've read and researched on my own time, I don't have any real expertise with the VA industry though

at e2, the same

If you open up support eidolons then it becomes Acheron/Aven/e1 Tribbie/JQ

And that particular team is so far in the lead that it's not even funny

Using my acheron team, these are the stats for
e0s0 Tribbie
e0s1 Sunday
e0s1 Robin

So sunday surprisingly beats out Robin in this setting

So yeah ig Sunday is now BiS at e0

Tribbie's calculation seems to be slightly broken, her e1 is not going into effect when I test it

However, the order should be (at e0)

1. Sunday
2. Robin
3. Tribbie

Sunday and Robin will likely be interchangeable in practice

At e1, the order is

1. Tribbie
2. Tribbie
3. Tribbie
4. Everyone else

at e2s1 Acheron's turn becomes 3x as valuable as other Nihility characters turns, bc she inflicts 3 debuffs

Tribbie can inflict a debuff 1 time in a battle, when she first uses her ult (assuming you maintain her ult uptime)

if you fail to maintain her ult uptime then she can inflict another when she does ult again. Tbh idk why it doesn't inflict another debuff when her ult refreshes, it's very annoying

While I think that e0 Acheron has fallen off quite hard, e2 Acheron is currently a monster in the erudition meta (due to her being an erudition character in all but path) and e1 Tribbie has made her an apocalyptic event

She has an insanely broken kit for any content with 3+ enemies

At fewer than 3 it becomes a bit weaker but still crazy strong

Her two main issues are overkilling and all her damage being frontloaded to ult

Robin helps a lot with the latter by giving additional damage on skill

Sunday helps a lot with the latter by increasing ult uptime

e1 Tribbie helps a lot by solving both problems at once
