Bronya's a really solid support that's really good for buffing a single DPS character and she doesn't require too much investment to get the most out of her.
Himeko's a DPS that works really well in AoE situations and highly benefits from high investment into her
Clara's also a solid DPS, though she's more easily outclassed by other limited characters
Welt's a fine Nihility unit that has his niche, but generally isn't the best choice
Then Yanqing and Bailu are just kinda bad and not worth investing into unless you really like them as characters

The plan was to get E2 Firefly (currently E0S0)
But now that Fugue is released, I think (based on mechanics) I should roll for E0S0 for her.
How should I approach this? Get Fugue first and then E1 Firefly? Or something else I'm sitting at 270 rolls and that's not accounting for 50/50s

I'd go for E1 Firefly first, mainly because:
- Fugue's Superbreak Multipliers are a fair bit lower than HMC's (a flat 100% compared to HMCs 120% - 160% based on the number of enemies), which is ultimately why Firefly uses Superbreak Enablers
- Fugue's Exo-toughness doesn't benefit Firefly that much, since most of Firefly's damage is from Superbreaks, not regular Breaks
- Firefly's E1 is pretty major, especially in helping with SP management in her teams
I will say though, if you have other Break DPS, then Fugue may be a more worthwhile consideration since she works really well with Boothill, Lingsha and especially Rappa

Demon summed it up pretty well already tbh. As an FF player:
If you care solely about a better FF experience, I would recommend E2. Very strong and it makes her more fun to play imo
If you want the best of both worlds, E1 FF and E0 Fugue. Her SB multipliers are lower than HMC's, but depending on your investment (anything with DEF-shred/ignore like S5 Pearls, FF E1, RM E1, Lingsha E1, etc.), she more than makes up for it with her own DEF-shred and exo-toughness. She's also amazing if you already have lingsha, since you'll get AoE attacks that reduce everybody's toughness while applying DEF reduction
If you want to play it safe, get Fugue. Or if you're fine with holding on to HMC and E0 FF, just save.
