Not sure about Miyabi, but from what I've seen Yanagi works pretty well in Mono-Electric
Since her EX Skill allows her to trigger her special Disorders as long as there's just one Anomaly Effect on the target
So she can just stack all her damage into her own shocks, and have her teammates buff her

The thing you should always remember is that 'playing with your favorites' is assumed, so the only reason you'd be asking for help with what characters to pull is if you're trying to play with the meta
and gacha games being live service means that newer ones are more of priority bc of powercreep
If you want to do off-meta things then you have to specify that whenever you ask; "hey, i really like this playstyle/team comp, how can i make it better?"
