I highly doubt Hoyo would just recast a character that already has an established voice actor that's willing to play the role.
The only times they've recast a character in the past is when the Voice Actor has been proven to be problematic, or when the VA was unable to contiune voice acting due to personal reasons (such as in the case of Argenti and HuoHuo in HSR)

Plus, them dropping a Voice Actor that's on strike against AI would look really bad for them

At the end of the day, we won't know until there's any changes. So we kinda just have to wait, currently.

Yeah, but you can't do one side without doing the other as far as I know. So if you wanted to use a different team on the second side, then you'd need to redo the first side as well.

Easiest way to do PF imo is build one team to demolish one of the sides for the 40k points, then scrounge up the remaining 20k on the other side

You get something like 5-10k points just for beating the boss so it's generally pretty worth it to get at least one full clear

Acheron's E2 just opens up her options, since it allows you to cut one Nihility character so it's only a significant DPS increase if you have good Harmony characters like Sparkle. Otherwise, you're better off just getting her signature at leaving her at E0S1.
For Firefly, her signature isn't as significant, though it's still solid. However, both her E1 and E2 are super good so if you're gonna go for an E2, go for her.

The second side also has around 2x the amount of total HP of all the other chambers as well, since the rest of the chambers are around 2mil but the second side of the 1st chamber has ~5mil.

So the enemies are just really freakin' tanky
