It can depend on the dps, but for e2 Acheron specifically you just want to go for as high of a speed breakpoint as you can on Sparkle
I had her on 134 for a while, recently upgraded to 160

The skill buff lasts until the start of the character’s next turn, which means Acheron can still get a stronger ult whenever she gets enough stacks vs. someone like Bronya whose buff only lasts for 1 turn (unless she’s E6)
Also more comfortable w/ SP; your nihility or other characters can spam skill to get more energy/dmg without much concern

but I did it and that's all that matters
did swap out Robin's planars for Vonwacq so she gets higher energy gain
she's at 139% now with her lc stacks

Every 90 pulls on the character banner, you are guaranteed to get at least 1 S-Rank Character or W-Engine
Every 80 pulls on the W-Engine banner, you are guaranteed to get at least 1 S-Rank W-Engine
For all of these, there's a chance you won't get the featured character and instead get something from the Standard Banner pool
For Characters, this is a 50% chance both ways
For W-Engines on the W-Engine Banner, it's a 75% chance you will get the featured W-Engine and a 25% chance you won't
