Yeah, it's pretty good. But if you can't get it at the same Superimposition as Swordplay, then it's not as good
But it is a slight increase

But yeah, Robin's signature is pretty good! But the event Lightcone has similar attack boosts, meaning it just loses out on the energy regen which can be made up for with Relics
Plus, energy isn't really a problem for her in the followup team

Penacony or Vonwacq are generally better for the planery set, but otherwise those are good!
But Glamoth isn't exactly ideal since Robin doesn't really benefit from speed beyond 121, unless you're going for a hyper-specific build

Topaz' Lightcone is harder to replace, since it provides a bunch of Crit Stats, and a DMG boost to all her attacks, and a debuff for Ratio. Robin works with the event Lightcone or Bronya's Lightcone, with her signature just being a slight upgrade
Also, I just want to say that Topaz' relics are some of the best I have on my account

Just aim for 134 speed, ~130% Break Effect then put the rest into Crit and Atk. If you're gonna run her with Harmony Trailblazer though, you can drop some of the crit stats
